Please note that these are not exactly pixel-art images as they are high resolution and just in a pixel-art style. Also these are static images!

hi, do those backgrounds have separate layers? So that one could use them for parallax?
No, these are static images!
I also have parallax backgrounds here but in a more simple style :)
